At The Stamford Executive Circle Pte. Ltd., we are committed to fairness and transparency in all financial dealings. This policy outlines the conditions under which programme fees may be refunded or transferred.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If you are not satisfied with your programme for any reason, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the programme start date, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the programme content.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refund eligibility is determined by the date we receive your written request:
For all programmes, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of commencement. If you determine that the programme does not meet your expectations, contact us within this period for a full refund, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the sessions or materials.
Members may defer their enrolment to a later intake of the same programme once at no charge, provided they notify us at least fourteen (14) days before the original start date. Subsequent deferral requests will incur a S$500 administrative fee.
Membership is non-transferable to another individual without our express written consent and a new application process.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a programme due to insufficient enrolment or circumstances beyond our control, members will be offered a full refund or transfer to the next scheduled intake at their discretion.
Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of approval to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
