"The Stamford Executive Circle," "we," "us," or "our" refers to The Stamford Executive Circle Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore with UEN 202698765M. "You" or "Applicant" refers to any individual who applies for or participates in our programmes.
All programmes require successful completion of our application and interview process. Admission is at our sole discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing detailed justification.
All programme fees are disclosed in full prior to enrolment. Fees must be paid in full before programme commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not offer subscription models or hidden recurring charges.
All course materials are the intellectual property of The Stamford Executive Circle Pte. Ltd. or our licensed partners. Materials are provided solely for your personal educational use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written consent. Recording of sessions is prohibited without prior written permission.
Members agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the identities of other members, the content of discussions, and any proprietary materials shared during programmes. Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
Our programmes are designed for educational and professional development purposes only. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, promotion, or professional advancement. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific programme in question.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
